Śniadaniowe mohito czyli krem jaglany z bananem, jabłkiem i awokado

Gdy nie wiadomo co zrobić na śniadaniem gdy znudzą nam się kanapki i zwykłe zupy mleczne.
Jaglany krem jest idealny. Kremowy, słodki, syty i mający mnóstwo witaminy.
Jedzony w towarzystwie smakuje najlepiej.

Krem jaglany z bananem, jabłkiem i awokado / 2 porcje
80g kaszy jaglanej
2 banany
1 awokado
1 jabłko
1 łyżka miodu
150g jogurtu naturalnego

Kaszę ugotować na wodzie lub mleku do miękkości. Za pomocą blendera zmiksować z resztą składników. Dosłodzić. Podawać posypane orzechami.
